The villa comes with a state-of-the-art entertainment systems including four LG OLED Ultra 4K HD televisions, Sonos soundbars and portable speakers and a Playstation. All TVs are equipped with Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Cosmote TV and of course all the Greek national and local channels.

Indoor Garage

 There is an indoor air-conditioned garage that fits one large SUV vehicle and a space for a 2nd vehicle directly outside the villa in the private road. Our garage is equipped with a Tesla charger for our guests to use.

Ideal for longer stays

The villa’s fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end Bosch appliances, including an American style fridge/fridger, making meal preparation a delight. We also have a laundry area equipped with a Bosch washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Designed as a family home for all seasons rather than a summer rental property, Hilltop Beach House is a year-round residence. The fan-coil and underfloor heating and cooling systems along with our heated swimming pool ensure optimal comfort regardless of the season, making our villa a perfect retreat for the entire year.

Working from our villa is a perfect choice for remote professionals. We provide ultra-fast and stable Starlink internet, ensuring seamless connectivity for all your work needs. To guarantee excellent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors, we have installed Wi-Fi extenders. You can choose from numerous spots equipped with tables and chairs, allowing you to work comfortably from your laptop or tablet. Whether you prefer a quiet corner inside, a shaded area on the patio, or a scenic spot by the pool, our villa offers versatile and inspiring workspaces to suit every preference.

Tranquil yet Accessible Location

Situated in the peaceful village of Pogonia, our villa offers a tranquil haven away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Lefkada Island. While Lefkada is known for its beautiful beaches, it can become extremely busy and noisy during the summer, with frequent electricity and water cuts, as well as poor internet and mobile coverage. In contrast, our villa provides reliable amenities and a peaceful environment, yet remains conveniently close to the stunning beaches of Lefkada, Paleros bay and the Ionian sea, allowing guests to enjoy the best of both worlds.
